The City of San Mateo hired Alison Kendall, Kendall Planning + Design, as project manager for the Bay Meadows 2 Specific Plan. Ms. Kendall prepared an RFP and schedule for the planning process, and assisted with consultant team selection for the associated Corridor Land Use and Transportation Plan. Working in tandem with the City staff project manager of the Corridor Plan, she helped orient the Citizens Advisory Committee and assess relevant planning issues, including key options in the redesign of the train station adjacent to the site.
