As Current Planning Manager, Alison Kendall collaborated with Advance Planning Manager at the City of Mountain View in preparation of the Downtown Specific Plan. Alison Kendall provided examples of recent projects and design review issues to develop prototypes, design guidelines and downtown development standards.
As Zoning Administrator, Ms. Kendall managed a staff of eight and personally managed development review of many complex mixed use, transit oriented developments. The Downtown Precise Plan and TOD projects included innovative measures to reduce traffic impacts and increase the viability of walking, transit use and bicycling.
